working principle:
The color mixing machine uses the vortex type high-speed operation of the drawing blade to make the plastic granules (or resin powder) tumbling and colliding with the friction and heating, so that the materials can be quickly mixed with the water from the exhaust pipe to achieve the purpose of drying. The rapid and uniform mixing of the materials in the color mixing machine improves the uniformity of the finished product color, and improves the production efficiency and reduces the defect rate.
Installation and use instructions:
1. Please connect the power cord according to the voltage indicated on the nameplate.
2. The machine is installed independently and fixed with anchor bolts if necessary;
3. Check if the rotating parts are flexible and if there is any matter in the tank to hinder the rotation of the spindle; if it is then clean it up.
4. Pay special attention to the running direction of the motor when connecting the three-phase power supply.

Color mixing machine maintenance:
1. The color mixing machine should be placed in a ventilated position to ensure the heat dissipation of the motor and prolong the life of the motor.
2. Regularly check if the belt is loose. The motor should be moved outward until the belt is tightened.
3. Regularly add grease to the bearings to ensure lubrication between the bearings.
4. If there is a fault in the mechanical operation, the power supply must be cut off and then processed after the shutdown.
5. Before the machine is running, check whether the screw in the barrel is loose. If it is loose, it should be tightened.
6. It is forbidden to mix tools, hard objects and ribbons into the bucket.
